Refund Policy
Formed. packages include digital planning, business setup support, and preparation work. Refund eligibility depends on the package, written agreement, and amount of work already performed.
Service work
Payments for customized setup, review, document preparation, AI implementation, or consulting work may become non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Government and third-party fees
State fees, government fees, taxes, registered-agent costs, payment processor fees, and third-party charges are generally not controlled by LRC Property LLC and may be non-refundable.
